"Sweet Land" builds upon the "Sweet Land of Liberty" whole-cloth quilt panel and frames it with simple patchwork border of patchwork blocks made from a Layer Cake. MATERIALS NEEDED: -(1) Sweet Land of Liberty panel 36" x 44" -(1) Layer Cake (29 squares 10" x 10") -3/8 yard white fabric -3/8 yard grey inner border print -1/8 yard sawtooth star point print -1/2 yard binding fabric -2 yards 60"-wide backing fabric -56-1/2” x 62-1/2” batting Fabric is Old Glory by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics (Feb 2024).
