Heirloom cotton or Tuscany cotton?

Heirloom is the scrimmed workhorse — stable, longarm-friendly, great value. Tuscany is carded finer for a softer hand and easier hand needling.

How far apart can I quilt Hobbs cotton?

The scrimmed Heirloom line allows up to 4 inches; quilt Tuscany a bit closer for best longevity.

What crinkle should I expect?

Cotton gives the fullest antique crinkle of any fiber — roughly 3-5% shrink on first wash.
